I created this illustration for a socially conscious customer who would use it on t-shirts and decals. But he had a small budget. To save time, I selected images from our stock image library and subjected them to the Cutout Filter in Photoshop to create the preferred illustration style. Then I combined the images, masked and distorted them as needed, and changed their blending modes to create this illustration in just over two hours.
